Facility Cleaning Volunteer (18+)
Seeking 2-3 volunteers per day to help us maintain a high standard of cleanliness in our facility.
Available Shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday afternoons (Timing is flexible)
Responsibilities:
- General cleaning - wiping surfaces and identifying and cleaning surfaces that may be in need.
- Clean high traffic touch points (door knobs, light switches)
- Wipe down walls & doors
- Wipe tables & chairs
- Clean windows internally (and externally when weather permits) - no heights
- Conduct bathroom checks - restocking and performing light maintenance when needed
- Tidy staff room
- Empty garbage and recycling bins
Requirements:
- Must be 18+.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to take direction and complete tasks efficiently.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Attention to detail.
- Organized and communicative.
Commitment: Minimum 3 months.
