3. Casual/ one-off volunteering opportunities - Help out at the Clothes Swap on April 26th
Could you lend a hand at the next Clothes Swap? These are such fun events that help people find preloved treasures while keeping clothing out of landfill.
We need help on the day to...
- Sort and display items before the event opens to the public
- Steward and help visitors understand how the event works
- Help sort, pack up, and distribute surplus items, and pack down the event
There are two shifts available for this event:
9:45am - 12:45pm: Set up, accepting, checking and displaying donations, welcoming and helping guests.
12:45pm - 3pm: Welcoming and helping guests, pack down, sorting left over items.
You can sign up for just one shift or both. If you're volunteering for both shifts your lunch will be provided.
