How exciting! Volunteer members of the Railway Gardens Circle, the project's advisory group, are once again putting on a night of live music and dance to raise money for RG. 

Help is needed at the event to make sure it's a huge success! This is going to be such a fun one to volunteer with.

Help is needed to

• Steward and direct people on arrival
• Sell drinks and snacks
• Set up and clear up.
• Sell raffle tickets

If you can lend a hand please sign up! 

The 4:30pm - 7pm shift is for set up and the first part of the event
The 7pm - 10:30pm shift is for the rest of the event and pack down

Can't help on the day? Please help out by baking a cake to sell or going hunting for raffle prizes. Please email Hannah on hannah@greensquirrel.co.uk if you can do either of these things.
