Welcome to the Green Squirrel volunteer portal 💚 🐿️

The Summer Supper is one of our most beautiful events of the year, bringing people together around food and music. It's a lovely event to be involved with. This year it is taking place on the evening of Friday July 10th. 

A change to how we're planning this year's event: There was feedback from the volunteer team that you'd like clearer roles for events like this. We're therefore trialling splitting everything up into shorter shifts doing specific jobs. You are very welcome to sign up for multiple roles and shifts, or spend part of the event as a volunteer and part as a guest! 

Stewarding
In this role you'll be walking around the site to keep an eye on everything, make sure everything is running smoothly, and help solve any issues. For example, you might be keeping an eye on the play equipment, helping manage people queuing for food, relieving volunteers for a loo break, or fetching bits and bobs wherever they're needed.

This is a good role for anyone who has an eye for detail and enjoys problem solving.
