6. ☀️ The Community Summer Supper - Setting up and decorating
The Summer Supper is one of our most beautiful events of the year, bringing people together around food and music. It's a lovely event to be involved with. This year it is taking place on the evening of Friday July 10th.
A change to how we're planning this year's event: There was feedback from the volunteer team that you'd like clearer roles for events like this. We're therefore trialling splitting everything up into shorter shifts doing specific jobs. You are very welcome to sign up for multiple roles and shifts, or spend part of the event as a volunteer and part as a guest!
Setting up and decorating:
In this role you'll be helping to set up tables, put up bunting, and get everything ready. This is a great role if you want to enjoy the event as a guest but still want to be involved.
