6. ☀️ The Community Summer Supper - Pack down
The Summer Supper is one of our most beautiful events of the year, bringing people together around food and music. It's a lovely event to be involved with. This year it is taking place on the evening of Friday July 10th.
A change to how we're planning this year's event: There was feedback from the volunteer team that you'd like clearer roles for events like this. We're therefore trialling splitting everything up into shorter shifts doing specific jobs. You are very welcome to sign up for multiple roles and shifts, or spend part of the event as a volunteer and part as a guest!
Pack down
In this role you'll be helping to get everything tidy and put away at the end of the evening. This will include packing up play and craft materials, putting down tables, taking down bunting and so on.
This is a good role for anyone who would like to enjoy the event as guest but still wants to lend a hand.
You can sign up for one shift or multiple shifts.
