6. ☀️ The Community Summer Supper - Managing food drop offs
The Summer Supper is one of our most beautiful events of the year, bringing people together around food and music. It's a lovely event to be involved with. This year it is taking place on the evening of Friday July 10th.
A change to how we're planning this year's event: There was feedback from the volunteer team that you'd like clearer roles for events like this. We're therefore trialling splitting everything up into shorter shifts doing specific jobs. You are very welcome to sign up for multiple roles and shifts, or spend part of the event as a volunteer and part as a guest!
Managing food drop offs
In this role you'll be accepting and labelling food drop offs from guests and passing them through to the kitchen team. This is a really important role to make sure everything is labelled correctly for allergies.
This is a good role for anyone who like attention to detail. It's a seated role.
You can sign up for one shift or multiple shifts.
