Greeter
Key Responsibilities:
- Warm Welcome: Greet clients with a friendly smile and make them feel comfortable and valued as soon as they enter the VITA center.
- Appointment Coordination: Help clients check in for their appointments and guide them to the appropriate tax preparer.
- Provide Information: Offer basic information about the VITA program, its services, and eligibility criteria to clients who may have questions.
- Queue Management: Maintain an organized waiting area to ensure clients are seen in a timely and efficient manner.
