For many individuals in our community, receiving a meal is about more than nutrition—it’s a moment of connection, a friendly face, and reassurance that someone cares. By volunteering to deliver meals to Home Care clients, you help ensure they receive not only nourishing food but also a vital check-in that supports their independence and well-being. The impact is immediate.

Volunteer Services welcomes individuals, couples, families, corporate groups and organisations to fill weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and casual spots. Volunteers pick up meals from the Cypress Regional Hospital @ 11:40 Monday through Saturday.
