Monash Health Volunteer Services

Emergency Department Ambassadors offer patients, family members and visitors emotional and practical support.  This may include engaging in a conversation, listening to someone, offering a warm blanket or orientating someone to facilities available to them.  Emergency Department Ambassadors must be patient, caring, be able to introduce themselves to new people and be able to listen to others.   

Volunteer roles are available Monday to Friday during business hours.  Shifts are either morning or afternoon.
