This is a combined Ward Ambassador, Front Entrance Guide role

Ward Ambassadors are a friendly and supportive addition to hospital wards providing company and distraction to patients and visitors of Monash Health. These volunteers may guide visitors to a patients bedside, have social conversations, read to patients, assist with meal set up or support any ward activities. Volunteers do not provide clinical support.

Our Front Entrance Guides provide a friendly greeting to patients, families and visitors to Casey Hospital. They guide people to their desired destination within the hospital and provide helpful information to all visitors. 

Please note that this role is suitable for people with the capacity to stand and walk through out the 4 hour shift. 

Shift times: Morning, Afternoon
