Willow's Place/Emma's Place
Willow's Place is a resource hub that provides safe, low-barrier, female identified space for women to receive compassionate care in a way that creates opportunities to build on their strengths. This hub is unique and vital to our community, filling a housing gap for marginalized women experiencing homelessness, precarious housing and social isolation.
What We Do
- Women experiencing homelessness or precarious housing have access to laundry and shower facilities, and find a safe place to rest and eat a healthy, hot meal. Staff provide referrals to other community resources such as addiction services, housing, mental health services and more. We aim to meet the basic needs of participants at any point along the spectrum of homelessness.
