Client Transport Assistance

Drive Change in Your Community – Become a Volunteer Driver with IPC Health!
We’re offering a rewarding opportunity to support our clients in maintaining their health and wellbeing by volunteering as a Client Transport Driver. You’ll be helping people from Melbourne’s western suburbs get to and from important health appointments—all while enjoying a flexible schedule and making a real impact.
As a Volunteer Driver, you’ll:
- Assist clients in travelling to their medical appointments comfortably, safely and on time
- Support doctors and allied health professionals by ensuring clients can attend critical appointments
- Drive an IPC Health fleet vehicle to pick up and drop off clients at home or agreed locations
- Guide and assist clients in finding the right locations at our health campuses and support them while they wait
- Return the vehicle to the appropriate IPC Health campus after your shift
Commitment: Just 3–4 hours once or twice a month on weekdays during standard working hours—you select the appointments that suit your availability.
Locations: Deer Park, St Albans, Hoppers Crossing, Altona Meadows, Sunshine or Wyndham Vale
Requirements:
- A current full Victorian driver’s licence
- Undergo a Police Check (arranged and paid for by IPC Health)
- Hold a current Working with Children Check listing IPC Health as your volunteer organisation
- Provide a current immunisation record or evidence of immunity for:
