Reception Concierge Support

Our Reception Concierge Support Volunteers are the first point of contact for our visitors and clients.

You will support clients, families, carers and visitors in the waiting rooms of IPC Health’s campuses. This may include helping people fill out forms, helping people find their way, assisting with basic personal needs such as getting a glass of water or finding the toilets, ensuring all clients are given a mask to wear, and helping distract children while waiting for an appointment.

You will work closely with our Client Services staff to ensure each client's reception and waiting time is a good experience 

Ensuring waiting rooms are tidy and welcoming and helping Client Services staff with basic admin duties when the waiting room is quiet.

To be eligible for this role you must:

Agree to a Police Check organised and paid for by IPC Health

Provide a record of your vaccination history or evidence of immunity for:

  • Covid,
  • Flu,
  • Measles Mumps Rubella,
  • Chicken Pox
  • Whooping Cough
  • Hepatitis B

Provide photo ID
