Werribee Mercy Hospital Welcome Desk volunteers provide a warm reassuring first point of contact for patients, families, visitors and carers entering the hospital. They help people feel welcome and supported by offering directions, escorting visitors to wards or clinics, answering general questions and helping people to navigate what can often feel like a confusing or overwhelming environment.
