Ruth Holley Library Summer Adventure Volunteer 2026
Summer Adventure volunteer schedules and assignments will vary, depending on the needs of the individual library.
Some duties may include,
- Explain how to participate in Summer Adventure
- Register Summer Adventure participants
- Use Beanstack for registration or prize tracking
- Hand out prizes and restock prize shelves
- Shelve books
- Put books on carts in alphabetical order for shelving
- Find items on the shelf for holds
- Shelf read
- Neaten shelves and shelving areas
- Prepare program materials
- Assist with program set-up/take down
- Assist with program facilitation
- Assist with passive programming
