This is an important position for BCIMS Online and Hybrid Retreats. The Online Retreat Manager works with volunteers and the teacher to provide and welcoming and inclusive online experience. 

Previous experience as a Zoom host including setting up and managing break-out rooms is highly recommended. Troubleshooting technical problems may be required. Training and detailed instructions are provided.
