Our mission is to provide mentored learning and exploration of non-traditional methods for tutoring and engagement of teens and young adults via programs in arts, sciences, humanities, college, career development, life skills, and civic engagement.

Opportunities for volunteers vary seasonally and are program-driven. Current volunteer opportunities include participation in:

  • K-12 Robots in Residence: Special equipment and workshops aim to stimulate interest and development in the fields of robotic engineering, math, and computer coding.
  • AStounD Robots in Residence: Programs using robots for assistive learning and behavioral support for youth on the Spectrum.
  • TeenMaker Lab programming: Provides teens and tweens the space, equipment, and activities to express creativity, strengthen science skills, and prepare for their career of choice. Options include Teen Media Makers & Maker Monday.
