Puppy Pal – Puppy Pal volunteers socialize puppies up to six months during the crucial early socialization period, which shelter pups can often miss out on.
Time commitment: At least two hours a week for a minimum of one year (the same 2-hr weekly shift)
Available Hours - Monday – Friday: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm
This time commitment is mandatory. We ask all applicants to honestly assess whether they can fulfill this commitment before applying, out of respect for the dedicated staff and volunteers who invest their time in training new volunteers, and to ensure stability and consistency for the puppies.
Training Required: Online training (x2), In-person shadow with mentor
Age Requirement: This role is open to adult volunteers 18+
