Foot Health Outpatient Support Volunteer
Before applying, please note this role is based within the community (and not on one of our hospital sites), so ideally we are looking for someone able to travel to this site. The address for this role is:

We are looking for 1 volunteer who is able to help both Monday and Wednesdays between 1-4pm
Summary of Role
To enhance our patient experience and operational efficiency. Having a dedicated volunteer would be instrumental in streamlining our front-of-house workflow. Their primary focus would be assisting patients with the completion of SOS forms and surveys, ensuring data accuracy and reducing wait times. This additional support would allow our clinical and administrative staff to focus more effectively on direct patient care and complex enquiries.
Tasks & Activities
- To greet patients and sign post them to the reception area
- To give support to patients filling in self-referral forms
