Evelina Outpatient Wayfinding Volunteer
We are looking for Volunteer Welcomers for Evelina Outpatient at Evelina London Children’s Hospital (ELCH).
This role supports the smooth running of the main reception area by assisting patients their families and visitors when they arrive. Volunteers will act as a first point of contact, greeting and directing them around the hospital, ensuring they attend the correct department. The role includes guiding patients/families to appropriate locations, encouraging use of self-check-in Kiosks and sharing information about our MyChart app.
We are looking for people that are friendly, patient and calm, with good communication and interpersonal skills and who are confident in approaching patients and their families to assist them.
We need volunteers who are free to commit to working once a week or more between Monday and Friday 9.00 – 15:00 for minimum of 3 hours on agreed day/s and time.
Days: Monday – Friday
Time: 9:00 to 13:00 or 12:00 to 15:00
