City of Port Coquitlam - Aquatics

Assist in the delivery of high-quality Swim for Life swim lessons by providing instructional support, demonstrating skills, and helping children to achieve their learning goals. This is a great opportunity for those who have completed their swim instructor and lifeguarding certifications to practice their skills as they prepare for a career in aquatics programming.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of age
• Completion of Bronze Cross
• Completion of Swim Instructor certification
• Completion of Standard First Aid with CPR-C
• Experience working with children an asset
• Fluent in spoken English (fluency in a second language is an asset)
