Ferguson Center for the Arts

Volunteers will be asked to distribute sippy cups to patrons who have just purchased a beverage in the event they would like to continue drinking inside of the theater. Volunteers are expected to hand cups to patrons not pour their beverages. 

Typical tasks:

• Provide great customer service
• Work in a fast-paced learning and working environment

Requirements:

• Must wear gloves to distribute cups
• Must be able to stand at your post for the duration of the event
• Must be able to share event details (length of performance, intermission, etc.)
• Must have excellent knowledge of the assigned performance venue.
  • Venue Seating Configuration
  • Lobby – restroom, coat check, will call, elevators and concessions
• Must be able to learn and retain concession information quickly and apply knowledge while working

Must have basic mathematic and receipt recordings skills
