Ticket Scanner:

Ticket Scanners assist patrons as they are entering the lobby of the venue using an electronic device to scan tickets.

Typical tasks:

• Be able to read tickets. In particular, to pay close attention to the date and time listed on the tickets and name of show
• Direct patrons to various locations throughout the venue
  
  

Requirements:

• Must have basic knowledge of smart phone applications and technology
• Must be able to share event details (length of performance, intermission, etc.)
• Must have excellent knowledge of assigned performance venue
  • Venue Seating Configuration
  • Lobby – restroom, coat check, will call, elevators and concessions
• Must be able to stand for the duration of the event
