Door Greeter

Our door greeters are often the first point of contact that our patrons have with the Ferguson Center and should be friendly while opening the doors for our patrons welcoming them into the venue.

Typical tasks:

• Opening doors for patrons as they enter and exit the building before a show, during

intermission and after

• Deliver a friendly greeting to our patrons
• Answer general questions about the Ferguson Center and our events
• Assisting patrons who request wheelchairs or other special accommodations
• Directing patrons to various locations in the building, i.e.: will call, restroom, elevator, etc.
  
  

Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and repeatedly open a heavy door over the course of the event
• Must be able to share event details (length of performance, intermission, etc.)
• Must have excellent knowledge of assigned performance venue.
