Floater/Escort

This position requires a person to walk throughout the lobby to answer questions about general locations, details, policies and seating. Floaters are required to be knowledgeable about the facility and answer questions with confidence to assist the patrons.

Typical tasks:

• Provide good customer service
• Direct patrons towards the elevator, restrooms, Will Call, Ticket Office, and coat check (etc.)
• Escorting patrons to Will Call or the Ticket Office from one entrance to another

Requirements:

• Must be able to share event details (length of performance, intermission, etc.)
• Must have excellent knowledge of assigned performance venue.
  • Venue Seating Configuration
  • Lobby – restroom, coat check, will call, elevators and concessions
• Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the pre-event, intermission and post-event while patrons are present
