Merchandise Sales
Volunteers may be asked to sell tour merchandise. If this happens, there will be training provided to familiarize you with the merchandise and cash-handling procedures.
Typical tasks:
- Provide great customer service
- Work in a fast-paced learning and working environment
- Cash handling, sales and inventory tracking
Requirements:
- Must be able to stand at your post for the duration of the event
- Must be able to share event details (length of performance, intermission, etc.)
- Must have excellent knowledge of assigned performance venue.
- Venue Seating Configuration
- Lobby – restroom, coat check, will call, elevators and concessions
- Must be able to learn and retain merch information quickly and apply knowledge while working
- Must have basic mathematic and receipt recordings skills
