Merchandise Sales

Volunteers may be asked to sell tour merchandise. If this happens, there will be training provided to familiarize you with the merchandise and cash-handling procedures.

 

Typical tasks:

  • Provide great customer service
  • Work in a fast-paced learning and working environment
  • Cash handling, sales and inventory tracking

 

Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand at your post for the duration of the event
  • Must be able to share event details (length of performance, intermission, etc.)
  • Must have excellent knowledge of assigned performance venue.
    • Venue Seating Configuration
    • Lobby – restroom, coat check, will call, elevators and concessions
  • Must be able to learn and retain merch information quickly and apply knowledge while working
  • Must have basic mathematic and receipt recordings skills
