Concessions

Concession Sales

Volunteers will be asked to sell concessions based on interest and comfort level with cash handling and/or credit card sales. There will be on-site training provided to familiarize you with the merchandise and cash-handling procedures.

Basic alcohol selling tips:

  1. Patrons are allowed to buy one drink at a time. If the patron is requesting to buy multiple drinks for their partner or friend, attempt to get a visual on the person.
  2. If a patron looks like they are less than 30 in age, it is our responsibility to request their ID. The patron should be born on or before the event date. The patron’s birth year should be 2002 or earlier.
  3. Do not sell alcohol to a patron who could be already inebriated. If you are unsure of a patron’s current state, feel free to get a House Manager.
  4. Beverages can be brought into the hall with the use of the Arts for All sippy cups.
