Ecological Restoration: Restoration Workdays - Saturday Restoration Workdays at Donald County Park

Restoration Workdays at Donald County Park

Enjoy the outdoors, learn about the natural world, and forge new friendships by joining the Friends of Donald Park (FODP) on a restoration workday. This fall and winter, we'll begin a new restoration project by clearing invasive species from oak woodland sites.  We work as a team and no experience is necessary.

Steps to Register for a Workday:

  1. RSVP to the work party leader, Liz McBride, at elizabeth-mcbride@sbcglobal.net by the Friday before the workday so she can give you meeting location and reach you if weather forces us to cancel.
  2. *** Note: there is NO online registration for these events. This page serves specifically to advertise the event. The event says full, but volunteers are welcome to join this event after connecting with Liz. ***
