Jesse H. Jones Park & Nature Center

Assist the staff outreach coordinator or represent Jones Park on-your-own at environmental, school, and career fairs. Set up educational displays, distribute park information, and answer questions. Volunteer with a skill set, hobby or knowledge in a particular subject area pertinent to the park and its activities. May be invited to share with a garden club, continuing education class, historical group, school, or retirement community.

Skills Required: Ability to drive to off-site locations, communicate with the public and create a favorable impression of the park.

Benefits: Engaging with the public, sharing love and knowledge of what the park offers, extending reach of park staff.
