Canora - Canora Hospital - 1:1 Visitor Volunteer
This volunteer service benefits patients and their families, as volunteers can provide emotional support to those who are lonely or approaching difficult times. Visits will provide patients with a safe place to share their feelings and concerns.
The volunteer will complement the care the nursing staff provides when spending time with patients and families in need of support.
Volunteers are scheduled with SHA staff. Time, date, and lengths of visits will vary depending on the individual circumstances of the patient.
