We are currently expanding our volunteer program and are looking for energetic volunteers to engage in our Digital Literacy Program.

Are you passionate about bridging the digital divide and empowering others with essential digital skills? We are on the lookout for dedicated volunteers to join our Digital Literacy Program and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals seeking to enhance their digital knowledge.

The Digital Literacy Volunteer helps to break barriers to employment by assisting clients to upskill their computer knowledge.

In this extremely rewarding volunteer role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Assist participants to set up digital literacy learning goals based on their area of need for employment, education, or personal goals.
• Coordinate weekly tutoring sessions to work toward goals, identify gaps, and create action plans in collaboration with other service providers in Prospect.
• Assist in tracking and recording participant progress.
• In collaboration with the participant, utilize task-based assessment to assist participants in evaluating their progress towards their learning goals in digital literacy.
