Matthews House

Annual fundraising events are very important to the hospice to financially support many of the programs and other running expenses.  Working with the Manager of Donor Relations and other staff, volunteers are part of a committee that plans and organizes all aspects of an event as well as executes the event on the day from set up to tear down.  Many other volunteers participate in preparation on the days leading up to and on the day.  There are three to four signature events a year each with its own group of staff and volunteers making the event a financial success.
