Join us for Birding 101, a fun, family-friendly community event celebrating the amazing birds that call our community home — and we need volunteers to help make this day a success!

Event Highlights
- Ranger-led nature hikes (1-mile & 2-mile options)
- Bird watching & migration talks
- Hands-on crafts and family activities
- Nature education and conservation awareness
- Optional activity stations:
- Paint-Your-Own Tote Bags ($10)
- Pinecone Bird Feeders & Bird Houses ($5)
Volunteer Opportunities
We are looking for volunteers to assist with:
- Event setup and breakdown
- Activity station support
