Thank you for signing up as a Volunteer as one of the Kingswood Supporter Group members.
This ensures that you are covered under our insurance when you support a fundraising event for The Children’s Trust.
This volunteer role does not require a DBS application.
Your role may cover many aspects of the events including:
• Liaison with the venue.
• Liaison with other service providers for the event.
• Forward on invoices for payment.
• Promotion of event and ticket sales.
• Requests for raffle prize / auction donations (a letter of authority can be provided if required).
• Management of all detail of the event – food tastings, venue décor, selection of service providers etc.
• No contracts may be signed on our behalf in this capacity (please forward to The Children’s Trust).
