Role Title: Fundraising Support Administrator - Corporates, Groups and Events  

Location: Based in Tadworth, Surrey

Duration: Ongoing

Commitment: 5 hours per week - Wednesday or Thursday

How You’ll Be Making a Difference:

In this rewarding and varied role, you'll play a key part behind the scenes supporting our busy Fundraising and Events team.

What Will You Be Doing?

From keeping our supporter database accurate, creating reports, preparing fundraising packs, to general admin tasks, such as updating documents and supporting events and setting up event tickets. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved at events and see the incredible difference your support makes, firsthand.

  • Previous experience of using a customer database
  • IT/Computer proficient
  • Great attention to detail

Online Searches

In accordance with statutory safeguarding and child protection guidance, online searches will be conducted for all onsite volunteer candidates prior to an informal chat. The online searches will be conducted by a person who is independent of the informal interview and selection process and will focus on relevant information returned via searches of the candidate’s name (and variations thereof). Social media searches will be limited to professional platforms such as LinkedIn. Any concerns relating to suitability for work with children and young people will be forwarded to the volunteer supervisor attending the informal chat for discussion.
