Be a part of one of the most anticipated fundraising events of the year! We're looking for enthusiastic and outgoing volunteers to assist with the Raffle at the Cibolo Gala.

This exciting raffle —and your role will be to help sell raffle tickets, share details about the prize, and encourage guest participation.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

• Promote the Raffle to guests throughout the evening

• Sell raffle tickets and handle payments (training provided)

• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Answer questions and explain raffle rules clearly

• Assist with setup, prize display, and closing procedures

Training:
All volunteers must attend a training session on Monday, September 28 from 5:30–7:30 p.m. at the Gathering Hall at Herff Farm (33 Herff Road). You'll learn everything you need to know about the raffle, ticketing process, and event logistics.

This is a fun and impactful way to support the mission of the Cibolo Center for Conservation while enjoying a festive evening. Volunteers will receive dinner and have time to soak in the atmosphere of the Gala.
