5:30–7:30 p.m. | Gathering Hall, 33 Herff Road
Join us for a hands-on training session to prepare for your important volunteer roles at the Gala! Whether you're serving as a greeter or with guest check-in, this training will ensure you're confident, informed, and ready to help guests have a great experience.
We’ll walk through each volunteer station, answer your questions, and go over the flow of the evening so everything runs smoothly on event night.
Location Details:
Training will take place at the Gathering Hall at Herff Farm (33 Herff Road). When you enter the main gate, turn left and park near the Gathering Hall. Park where convenient
