Gala - Guest Registration
Registration Table Host
As a Registration Table Host, you will welcome guests as they arrive, assist with the check-in process, collect or enter credit card information for the live auction, and provide table numbers. After check-in concludes, you’ll help break down the check-in area. A friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and basic comfort with technology are ideal for this role.
Date: Saturday, October 3
Time: 4:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Volunteers Needed: 20
Location: Historic Herff Farm - 33 Herff Road - enter main gate, turn left and park where convenient.
Training:
All volunteers must attend a training session on Monday, September 28 from 5:30–7:30 p.m., Gathering Hall at Herff Farm (33 Herff Road).
This is a fun and impactful way to support the mission of the Cibolo Center for Conservation while enjoying a festive evening. Volunteers will receive dinner and have time to soak in the atmosphere of the Gala.
