Land Stewardship - Land Restoration
Help with land restoration tasks and projects such as planting trees, picking up litter along trails, mulching, removing invasive species, and more.
What to Expect:

Spending extended periods outdoors

Plenty of walking

Bending, standing, and crouching

Volunteer shifts take place rain or shine; tasks may change depending on weather conditions

What to Bring:

Clothing you don’t mind getting dirty

Work gloves and tools (we will provide some if you do not have your own)

Getting to The Cibolo:

Enter through the main gate at 140 City Park Road

Continue down the driveway until you see parking lots on your right

Park where convenient and walk to the Nature Center area

Meet your volunteer shift leader at the Visitor’s Center
