Field Trip Volunteer Description
We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to assist with our upcoming Field Trips this Spring. This exciting and educational experience will include hands-on activities that explore wildlife and environmental science. Volunteers will help guide small groups of students through various activities, ensuring safety and engagement throughout the day.
Location: Teaching Garden, Herff Farm, 33 Herff Road.
School & Grade Level: University Methodist Primary School - 1st & 2nd grade
Activities: composting/chickens, skull hike, seed germination
Requirements:
- A love for working with children and a passion for nature and science.
- Comfortable being outdoors and walking with the students on a hike.
- Completed and approved background check. Background Check Form
