NVADG - North Valley Animal Disaster Group

This training covers the equipment Hotline Operators use and the questions they get during an evacuation incident.  It also explains about Grasshopper, our virtual phone system.  The material covered is the same material as in previous years, so if you've attended in the past you don't need to attend again. 

NOTE:  There are separate sign-ups for Office In Person attendance and Zoom attendance
