The Opportunity |

The APEGA Peace Region Branch is looking for enthusiastic volunteers interested in sharing their passion for engineering and geoscience in an evening of fun, hands-on activities and demonstrations for students, teachers and families. Upcoming Science Nights will be held in Grande Prairie and Peace River. |

APEGA’s outreach events, such as Science Nights and Science Olympics are vital pieces of inspiring the next generation of professional engineers, geoscientist and for introducing students to the exciting possibilities of a career in STEM. This event is a great opportunity to foster a love of engineering and geoscience in students, promote your profession in the community, and log Professional Development Hours with APEGA. |

Approximately 3-hours per event | 5:00 - 8:30pm plus 1-hour to review materials prior to the event. Event Timeline 5:00-6:00pm - Setup 6:00 - 8:00pm - Activity Stations 8:00 - 8:30pm - Teardown and cleanup |
