Branch Executive Committee (2026)

The Opportunity

APEGA is seeking applications from licensed professionals and members-in-training to volunteer on one of APEGA’s 10 local branch executive committees. Volunteering with your local committee is a great way to get a better understanding of APEGA’s role and regulatory responsibilities—and it’s also a lot of fun! As a committee member, you have the opportunity to organize events ranging from locally relevant workshops and technical lectures to golf tournaments and networking evenings. Get to know other professionals in your region and bring local perspectives to APEGA as an ambassador for your community.

The Impact

Branch executive committees serve as conduits between registrants and APEGA Council and staff. By serving on your local executive committee, you’ll enhance the profile of the professions in your community, make APEGA aware of local successes and concerns, and advance strategic initiatives at the local level.

Time Commitment

Committees meet 10 times per year, with some work required outside of meetings, for a total commitment of approximately 2–10 hours per month.
