Board Position: Vice President
- Position requirements:
Perform the duties of the President in his/her absence. Assist the President with the overseeing the activities of the organization such as stated in the President duties.Be active in the decision-making process that aligns with our mission and values.
- Time Commitment: Must attend board meeting on the second Tuesday of each month, at 6:30 p.m., for approx. 2 hours. Additional hours as required.
- Term and Meeting Schedule: 2 year term commencing April 8th
Board Position: Director
- Position requirements:
The LSHS shall be governed by a board consisting of not less than four (4) and no more than nine (9) directors. Formal documented Board Job Description are developed for each role.Be active in the decision-making process that aligns with our mission and values.
- Time Commitment: Must attend board meeting on the second Tuesday of each month, at 6:30 p.m., for approx. 2 hours. Additional hours as required.
- Term and Meeting Schedule: 1 year term commencing April 8th
