Adoption follow up calls
Functions & Organizational Impact:
- Place follow-up calls to all adopters within the first few weeks of adoption.
- The PAC will provide a phone-call script to use when these calls.
Time Commitment & Location:
- PAC
- Must commit to a minimum of 12 hours each month, with a commitment of 3 to 4 hours each week.
Goals:
- To make sure new pets are successfully adjusting to their new homes.
- To improve adoption service.
- Provides us with great stories and information that could help us in future adoptions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Making calls to post adopters
- Communicate results after completing calls and including calls that require follow-up from medical or behavioral
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Communicate effectively and courteously.
- Comfortable making calls and talking to new people
- Documentation skills
- Basic animal knowledge.
- Sit for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk.
