Are you a Dog Lover?
Patience is perhaps the most important quality for someone who wants to work with dogs. We need someone who is familiar with large dog breeds and has some experience handling them.
Position Function & Organizational Impact:
- Provide enrichment opportunities for our animals.
- Assist Animal Care Attendants with cleaning in the dog area.

Core Responsibilities:
- Check in with staff at the beginning of each shift
- Keep dog areas clean
Qualification & Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
- Ability to follow specific instructions
- Maintain current knowledge and comply with organizational and department policies and procedures.
- Regular access to email to receive updates.
- Comfortable interacting with volunteer-approved dogs.
