Shelter Crew: Laundry and Cleaning (13-15-year-olds with an adult, 16+years solo)
As you can imagine, much goes on to keep our facility up and running! We could not do it without the help of our volunteers. In this position, you will be helping with laundry (washing, drying, and folding), preparing enrichment toys for our dogs, cleaning our kitchens, and taking out garbage. Volunteers can be 13 -15 years and older in this position with an adult. Volunteers 16 years and older may work alone.
This position includes light physical labor and is SUPER important to the functioning of our shelter!
Training: Shelter Crew Training session with volunteer coordinator.
Open Shifts:
Tuesdays: 3:30-5:30pm
Wednesdays: 10:30am-12:30pm
Thursdays: 10:30am-12:30pm, 1:30pm-3:30pm
Fridays: 8:30-10:30am
