At Cancer Society, we know how a cancer diagnosis can affect every aspect of someone's life. You can help to make a difference to people at this difficult time in their lives.
Our volunteers drive people to medical appointments, assist at our accommodation for those who live far away from hospital, provide comfort and support at the oncology wards in major treatment centres. Our volunteers also help behind the scenes with administration, fundraising or event organisation.
As a Cancer Society volunteer you not only have an opportunity to help and give back, it also opens up new friendships, offers new experiences and has a positive impact on your health.
