Conference / Export Buyers Team

The ECMA hosts an extremely important conference every year. The ECMA team brings in buyers from all over the world to talk to, listen to, and hopefully work with our East Coast artists. This is another great day time shift, it usually involves sitting around during conference sessions, scanning or making sure our export buyer lounges are stocked with tea/coffee and welcoming those in need of a quiet space during a busy conference day. 

Conference Services and Ticket Scanning 

The conference services and ticket scanning support role includes scanning tickets, taking attendance, troubleshooting (RE: ticketing and scanning) and using small electronics such as ticket scanners and/or tablets. This role may also function as support to the conference services area to help artists and delegates sign in. This role is managed by the Conference Manager.

  • These shifts run anywhere from 9am until 5pm

Export Buyers Volunteer Services 

The export program volunteer services includes providing support to the export program activities and team in specific areas including the Export Buyers Showcase Series, Two For The Show, One-on-one Business Meetings, International Business Lounge, Export Buyers Luncheon (private),  and assisting delegates onsite throughout the weekend.

  • Volunteers who speak fluent French and English are a great fit for this team/role

  • Customer service skills are a must

  • These shifts run anywhere from 9am until 5pm
